AI (Artificial Intelligence) is an interesting thing, like us, it has the potential to help or to harm depending on how we choose to use it. Since I started writing this Newsletter, I’ve started seeing more wonderful success stories from people who have beat cancer using all natural methods or by partly using conventional methods and natural methods which demonstrates the remarkable ability of the body to heal.
Cancer is one of the leading causes of death in the United States and although survival rates are improving, the number of people who are getting it is expected to increase. Even if we don’t get cancer ourselves, the odds are that we know or will know someone close to us who has had it, has it, or will have it. Dad’s oncologist has called cancer an “epidemic” and blames the grocery industry for a lot of it. I think it has a lot to do with industrialization, and a few other things too.
From, Dr. Tom Cowan, A Holistic Approach to Cancer:
”….civilization puts millions of people into jobs they can’t stand, relationships that are stressful, activities they don’t enjoy. Civilization is interesting and challenging, but it is also stressful. We often hear of a person diagnosed with cancer who says to himself, “Well, if I have only a few months to live, I’m going to do what I always wanted to do.”
So he quits his work and plays the cello, or takes up oil painting. And lo and behold, his cancer goes into remission. Why? Because his body is finally producing and benefiting from endorphins, his immune system can finally work again, and he gets well.”
This quote reminds me of some things we talked about in Dad’s Hands, and the importance of using our bodies in meaningful ways. Oddly enough, I started listening to cello music, relaxing Mozart, and Paul Cardall’s “40 Hymns for Forty Days” at night while I was long hauling with Covid’s sleep disturbances. Cancer patients are often up at night too. I’ve heard that if you happen to be a cello player, there is a positive vibrational healing sound benefit to that. There have even been studies done that show certain sounds can fight cancer. Some Christians chant as a part of their spiritual practice. I’ve heard this is vibrationally healing and has something to do with the Vagus nerve.
On the flip side of Dr. Cowan’s observation, what if something like suddenly retiring or having to quit a job that was loved or shutting down a business due to something like a pandemic contributes to our stress and plays a part in a cancer diagnosis?
With all of this in mind, here are some Hopeful cancer survivor stories to help you stay positive in light of what we are dealing with in regard to what cancer is doing in our modern world:
Fred Evrard was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2020 , while he was 50 years old. Oddly enough he was already living a really healthy life. His “unheard-of” story about how he beat cancer, mostly naturally, but with a little help from chemo for the pain is remarkable. Guy Tenenbaum’s story, who we have shared about here before, was also mentioned in Fred’s interview. Fred and Guy focused on intermittent fasting and the ketogenic diet with a SCOT blocking nutritional protocol to survive cancer. We are also introducing Chad Hodge and his survivor story today. I am dropping the links to both of those videos here, where they tell their survival stories which have been featured by Dr. Eric Berg on his Youtube Channel-
From Stage 3 Colon Cancer to NO Cancer Detected in 4 Months (Fred Evrard)
From Stage 4 Cancer to CANCER-FREE: Guy Tenenbaum Success Story
LUNG CANCER Success with a 15 cm (6 inch) Tumor (Chad Hodge)
We also have 2 other stories to share today. These survivors used the power of enzymes through a raw food diet and juicing to help them beat their cancer diagnosis-
Beating Cancer The Natural Way (Fifteen years after a stage 3 colon cancer diagnosis, Chris Wark credits his diet and lifestyle changes for his survival.)
Lee's Summit man used food as medicine to fight Stage 4 cancer (Eric Ewing of Lee's Summit used food as medicine to cure his Stage 4 melanoma skin cancer.)
In the book, Lessons from the Miracle Doctors: A Step-By-Step Guide to Optimum Health and Relief from Catastrophic Illness: Barron, Jon, there is a section on enzymes and why they are important for maintaining our health.
My dad beat stage 4 bladder tubal cancer that spread to his kidney and lungs, and he did it in 4 months! His primary care doctor missed the initial sign- pain. He was not diagnosed with cancer until he had lost quite a bit of weight and was having trouble breathing. Our healing journey began with prayer. A lot of the things we have covered in this newsletter so far have shown that disease is rooted in 3 areas of our soul- mind, body, and spirit.
